Founder of Big River Creative. Co-founder of Koha (koha.kiwi), a te reo Māori digital platform for the giving and receiving of koha. Co-author of the Tiriti-dynamic social marketing framework with Tim. Focused on the craft of Māori storytelling — see Decoding Pūrākau.

Managing Director of Hemisphere. PhD in Business Futures and Leadership from the School of Management, University of Waikato. Master of Management Studies (Social Enterprise). Over two decades of leadership and governance experience across youth work, public health, and the non-profit sector.
Co-author of the Tiriti-dynamic social marketing framework with Awa. Co-developer of SWEET² — the national clinical governance framework for safe, whānau-centred and Te Tiriti-based health practice. Sits on the management committee of the Australian Association of Social Marketing.
