Ara Ako — programmes.
The mahi takes different shapes.
Wānanga for executive teams, cohorts for emerging leaders, in-house programmes for organisations going through change, board and governance facilitation, long-term executive partnerships. The shape comes from the relationship — and we get to that in the first kōrero, not the proposal.
Below are three programmes we run most often.
Tūāpapa Foundation · Two-day wānanga
Laying the groundwork.
A two-day wānanga for a leadership team, executive group, or board. We walk together through the kaupapa, the practice, and what Tiriti-dynamic leadership looks like in your context. You leave with shared language, sharper questions, and a clearer view of what's next.
What's covered
The kaupapa and history that brought us here. He Awa Whiria as a working frame for your decision-making. Practical application to your team's current stakeholder relationships.
Whakapakari To strengthen, to build capacity · Three-month programme
Active development of practice.
A three-month programme for emerging leaders or a leadership cohort across multiple organisations. Combines wānanga, peer learning, and one-on-one support. Designed for people carrying Tiriti partnership in their roles and looking for somewhere to develop and pressure-test their practice.
What's covered
Foundations of Tiriti-dynamic leadership. Live application to your work between sessions. Cohort learning and one-on-one coaching support.
Hīkoi The journey · Twelve-month engagement
A long walk together.
A twelve-month engagement for executive teams and senior leaders carrying significant Tiriti partnership responsibility. Hīkoi blends executive coaching, organisational facilitation, governance support, and stakeholder engagement design. Built around the rangapū kaupapa — we walk alongside you for the full journey.
What's covered
Executive coaching with both Te Awanui and Tim. Organisational and board facilitation across the year. Stakeholder engagement design for iwi-Māori, hapori, and community partnerships.
Pricing
Pricing is shaped by the relationship, not set in advance. We work it through in the first kōrero, after we've understood what you're navigating.
