Tiriti-dynamic leadership
How we work

The relationship is the work.

No fixed menu. No standardised programme. The mahi takes the shape it needs to take, and the shape gets decided together.

It always starts with kōrero.

No tier. No package. No proposal template. The first thing we do is talk — about your organisation, your people, what you're trying to shift, and what's getting in the way.

From there, we shape something together. A wānanga for your senior team. A year-long partnership with your executive. Governance work with your board. A cohort programme bringing emerging leaders together across organisations. Something we haven't done before.

The point is that the form follows the relationship, not the marketing.

Kōrero

A first conversation. Free. Unhurried. You tell us what's going on. We listen. We ask questions. We get a sense of fit.

Whakawhanaungatanga

If we're going further, we spend time getting to know your context properly. Meeting the tāngata. Understanding the organisation. Learning your whakapapa.

Hoahoatanga

Designing the mahi together. What we'll do. Who's involved. What the journey looks like. How we'll know it's working.

Mahi tahi

Doing the mahi, alongside you. Wānanga. Coaching. Facilitation. Strategic kōrero. Whatever the engagement needs.

Whakaaroaro

Reflecting on what shifted. What needs to keep going. Whether we stay engaged, hand over, or step back.

What the mahi has looked like.

Some of the forms our work has taken with other organisations. Not a menu. Just signals of what's possible.

Senior leadership wānanga

Intensive multi-day kōrero with executive teams working through what relational leadership looks like in their context.

Emerging leader cohorts

Programmes bringing next-generation leaders together across organisations to build practice and whanaungatanga.

Board and governance facilitation

Working with boards on what genuine Tiriti partnership means at the governance level. Slower mahi. Deeper conversations.

In-house leadership programmes

Bespoke development built for organisations going through transformation. Custom-shaped to your tāngata and your context.

Executive partnerships

Long-term coaching and strategic kōrero relationships with senior leaders navigating complex Tiriti-grounded mahi.

Whatever the relationship calls for

If your situation isn't here, that's not unusual. The most interesting mahi often starts with "we don't know what this should look like yet."

What leaders notice within the first six months.

Decisions get made inside a clearer frame. You stop wondering whether Te Tiriti is "relevant" to a given decision. It always is, and the framework shows you how.

The hard conversations get easier. The ones about partnership, accountability, who holds what. Your exec team builds shared language for the work they were avoiding.

The mahi with iwi and hapū starts moving. Relationships that felt stuck, projects that kept stalling, partnerships that lived only on paper — these begin to function as they were meant to.

Your board asks sharper questions. About risk, about commitment, about who's actually being served. You'll know the work is landing when the questions get harder, not easier.

You hold authority differently. Not less of it. Differently. Mana motuhake stops being a values-poster word and starts being something you can feel in the room.

A first kōrero costs nothing and commits no one. It's where every engagement we've done has started.
